* When you add someone to your address book they are emailed with your details.
* You are sent an email of appointments the day before.
* Each day you are emailed 'work to do' that day, and uncompleted work you need to finish. You receive an email regarding future work, the day before.
* You are emailed the day before important anniversaries.
